Install
Once you approve your quote and decide to move forward, we prepare premium-quality LED lights and cabling. Everything is tailored and cut to fit your roofline. We custom-cut all wiring to ensure a perfect tailored fit with no excess lights or wires.
2.
Take-Down
After the season or holiday, we come back and safely remove all lighting and decorations.
3.
Maintenance
Following the removal, all decorations are thoroughly inspected for any deterioration or damage.
Any issues and damaged parts are addressed before storage, and repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
4.
Storage
Post inspection all lights and wiring are properly coiled, labeled, and stored at our warehouse and left secured and undisturbed for the duration of the off-season.

Christmas Lights
Do you provide the lights, or do I need to buy my own?
We supply everything. All commercial-grade LED lights, extension cords, timers, and mounting hardware. To ensure safety, reliability, and full warranty coverage, we do not install client-owned or retail-grade lights. Supplying our own premium materials guarantees you receive a consistent high-quality experience year after year.
Are there extra charges if a light bulb goes out?
No. Our service includes a lifetime warranty on our lights. Maintenance charges are completely free and included with most installations. If a bulb burns out or a strand goes down, contact us and our crew will come out to fix it at no additional cost.
Do I need to be home for the installation?
You do not need to be home. We can complete an install without interrupting you, so long as we have access to a powered outlet, and possibly an empty driveway if your roofline requires lift equipment to access.
What is included in your Christmas and Holiday Lighting Service?
We supply and meticulously install a variety of Decorations, including:
- Classic Roofline lights
- Fence, Railing, or Walkway Garden lights
- Tree Wraps (Canopy or Branch)
- Wreaths and Garlands (lit or unlit)
